The following changes have been made within the scope of the “Domestic Fair Support” included in the Business Development Support Program, which was revised and put into effect on 17.09.2020, and these changes include the fairs that took place after 17.09.2020.

• • By TOBB with the fairs included in the Annual Domestic Fair Calendar Communiqué published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette and on the website of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB: https: //www.tobb.org.tr/FairlarMudurlugu/Sayfalar/AnaSayfa.php). Among the fairs with additions and changes in the Annual Domestic Fair Calendar published during the year; – Domestic International Specialized Fairs

– Domestic Specialization Fairs
– Izmir International Fair
– IDEF International Defense Industry Fair

In the absence of any non-compliance, it will be considered within the scope of support.

• • After the information about the fairs held, such as the name of the fair, the date, the name of the organizer organization, the total net stand area used, the number of times the fair was held, is sent by TOBB to the relevant Presidency unit, the relevant Presidency unit gives approval over the KBS to enter the Domestic Fair Organizer Institution Final Report. The Domestic Fair Organizer Establishment Final Report is prepared by the fair organizer organization via KBS.

• • The relevant Presidency unit evaluates the Domestic Fair Organizer Organization Final Report sent by the exhibition organizer organization via KBS with the Domestic Fair Organizer Organization Final Report Evaluation Form. Fairs deemed appropriate as a result of the evaluation are published at www.kosgeb.gov.tr .

• • A maximum of 50% of the total net stand area used by the organizer after the fair takes place can be included in the support. In the fairs to be organized for the first time, a maximum of 50% of the total net stand area used after the fairs take place, not exceeding 2.500 m², can be included in the scope of support. Regardless of whether it is the first time organized exclusively for fairs hosted by TÜSİAD, MÜSİAD, TOBB and TİM, as well as IDEF International Defense Industry Fair and fairs with the subject of defense, aviation or space, a maximum of 50% of the total net stand area used after the fairs take place can be included in the scope of support.

• • The business that wants to benefit from the support of the exhibition must be approved by the KOSGEB Directorate, to which the Business Development Support Program Commitment is affiliated, before the start date of the exhibition that it wants to benefit from. 1- Click on the “If you are not registered” button to register your organization to the system for once.
2- Click the “Apply” button below the Organizer Registration Section.

3- After entering the “Start Date of Employment” indicated on the Tax Board of your organization on the screen that comes up, enter the Tax number and click on the “Login” Button.

4 – In the last step, after entering all the information requested on the screen that appears, your organization’s registration in the KOSGEB Database is completed.
5- Using one of the keywords in the “Domestic Fair Organizer Establishment Result Report”, click on the relevant form and click on the relevant form, via the link https://ededi.kosgeb.gov.tr/EHizmenler?ReturnUrl=EHizmenler.aspx. Complete your transaction by entering the required information about the fair on the form completely.
